The drying process has 2 stages, "pre-drying" and "final drying". This aims to reduce the moisture content to the level required for processing. Drying takes between 2-2.5 weeks, depending on the initial moisture levels of the received nut-in-shell. Dried nut-in-shell passes through production in order to achieve the final product.
