We are proud to announce that our another project of 200 TPD (Tons Per Day) edible oil refinery plant which is designed, manufactured and supplied by us is under installation and commissioning in West Africa. This cooking oil refinery plant can refine various types of oils such as soybean oil, palm oil, groundnut oil, shea butter, etc.
Oil content of baobab seeds is about 10 – 30%. The cleaned Baobab Seeds are subjected to conditioning in a vertical / horizontal stack cooking kettle. The kettle uses steam for indirectly heating the Baobab Seeds. The kettle is specially designed to achieve a temperature of minimum 110°C at the outlet with a retention time of minimum 60 minutes.
