Dang and Nguyen [] studied the effect of cold-pressing, solvent extraction, and enzyme assisted aqueous extraction on the quality of oil extracted from cashew nuts. These methods were compared for oil quality indicators, such as specific gravity, free fatty acid (FFA), peroxide values (PV), total phenolic (TPC), total flavonoid content (TFC), fatty acid composition, and storage stability.
