Angola: Sonangol sells 20% stake in Ivory Coast’s refinery
As part of its privatisation programme, Angolan state-owned oil company Sonangol is this year due to sell 20 percent of its stake in the Côte d’Ivoire oil refinery. This divestment in “Societé Ivoirienne de Raffinage (SIR), S.A”, is on the list of more than 50 assets and stakes of Sonangol in Angola and abroad, to be sold until 2022.
