This is one of our projects in Nigeria. It is a 60tpd edible oil solvent extraction plant, used to produce soybean oil and palm kernel oil. This video only shows the second floor of the solvent extraction plant. Actually, it also has pretreatment and pre-pressing plant. The pretreatment and pre-pressing plant of this 60tpd project.
The thermal, electrical and manual energy are 85.11%, 14.83% and 0.06%, respectively. The percentage of manual energy in the system is very minimal, as indicated by the high level of automation in the solvent extraction plant. Only the feeding and bagging operations needed to be supported by the use of human labour.
