Automatic Integrated Oil Press Machine Working Process
1. Raw Material Preparation
Seeds are cleaned and, if required, dried to ensure consistent pressing results.
2. Oilseed Feeding and Pre-Heating
The cleaned oilseeds are fed into the hopper, where they are pre-heated to enhance oil extraction. Pre-heating softens the seeds, breaking down cell walls to release more oil.
3. Oil Pressing
The oilseeds enter the pressing chamber, where the screw press exerts high pressure to extract oil. Simultaneous heating in the chamber reduces oil viscosity, ensuring smooth flow.
4. Oil Filtration
