Gujarat-based Gokul Refoils and Solvent would set up an edible oil refinery plant at Haldia at a cost of Rs 140 crore, a company official said. Managing director of Gokul Refoils Kanubhai Thakkar said that the Haldia plant would have a refining capacity of 1,000 tonnes per day and would manufacture palmolien, soyabean and kacchi ghani mustard oil.
