Baobab Seed Oil Extraction Plant Manufacturer & Exporter
Oil content of baobab seeds is about 10 – 30%. The cleaned Baobab Seeds are subjected to conditioning in a vertical / horizontal stack cooking kettle. The kettle uses steam for indirectly heating the Baobab Seeds. The kettle is specially designed to achieve a temperature of minimum 110°C at the outlet with a retention time of minimum 60 minutes.
Neem Seeds obtained after the Cleaning / Decortication process can be used as a raw material for Neem Seed Oil Extraction Plant. Neem seeds contain 20 – 25 % oil content. After Pressing, about 8 – 10 % residual oil is left in the oilcake/meal which is an excellent source of Natural Fertiliser.
